Per Os Bio has formulated a patented CBD Chewing Gum (U.S. Patent Number: 9,744,128) and a CBD lozenge. We are also able to make a chewable tablet with CBD. These products are available on a Make-To-Order basis for white/private label, or can be customized with other active ingredients like caffeine, vitamins, herbal extracts, terpenes – and much more – to expand the label claim.
Per Os Bio is the manufacturer of the MedCBDX brand of gum and mints, and manufactures many white label CBD gum products on the market today. We can easily make a CBD gum or mint in your label.
Our patented gum manufacturing process is very specialized and flexible enough to incorporate either CBD isolate or full-spectrum oil in a tasty tablet that is efficacious too. We have also made THC gum in California and look to expand our reach into other legal states with this one-of-a-kind cannabinoid delivery system.
- The hemp oil can be provided by us or the customer can supply their own, however it must meet all US GMP, FDA and DEA regulations and only originate from the industrial hemp plant with THC levels below 0.3%.

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a natural constituent of industrial hemp, which is a well-known dietary supplement and food ingredient that was used medicinally for many years. Naturally occurring CBD from hemp possesses no psychoactive properties. Therefore our CBD Chewing Gum works great for legal medical applications. Per Os Bio does not make, sell or distribute any products that are in violation of the United States Controlled Substances Act (US.CSA). The CBD used by Per Os Bio is extracted from the US-grown industrial hemp (not marijuana)with THC levels well below the legal limit of 0.3%.
